1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the purchasing and provision of residential and commercial exterior services (e.g., lawn care, pressure washing, exterior maintenance, and landscaping) offered by APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC.

2. Acceptance and Capacity

By booking or contracting any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to make decisions regarding the property, and fully accept these T&C. If you do not agree, you should not book or schedule services with APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC.

3. Service Description & Property Access

Services are detailed in their respective service agreements, quotes, or invoices. The client is responsible for reading and understanding the scope, exclusions, and requirements of each service prior to approval. The client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property (including gates, driveways, and water/power connections where required) on the scheduled service date.

4. Recurring Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Lawn care and routine maintenance plans are provided on a monthly or seasonal subscription basis with automatic renewal. Charging or invoicing occurs on the agreed-upon billing cycle. APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel service if payment conditions are not met. Non-payment on the due date may result in immediate service suspension and a administrative reactivation fee upon service resumption.

5. Service Cancellation

The client may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges; services will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Recurring Services: No partial or full refunds are issued for billing periods that have already begun or services already performed.
  • One-Time Services (e.g., Specialty Pressure Washing or Landscaping Projects): If the client cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date, a full refund or deposit transfer will be issued. Cancellations made under 48 hours or once work on-site has commenced are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for: (a) Pre-existing damage to property, surfaces, structures, or delicate vegetation not disclosed prior to service. (b) Delays or service interruptions caused by severe weather, acts of God, or hazardous site conditions. (c) Indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party actions or unauthorized property modifications made outside our scope of work.

1. Objeto del Contrato

Los presentes Términos y Condiciones (T&C) regulan la contratación de servicios residenciales y comerciales (ej. cuidado de césped, lavado a presión, mantenimiento exterior y paisajismo) ofrecidos por APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC.

2. Aceptación y Capacidad

Al contratar cualquier servicio, usted declara ser mayor de edad, estar autorizado para tomar decisiones sobre la propiedad y aceptar estos T&C en su totalidad. Si no está de acuerdo, no debe contratar los servicios de APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC.

3. Descripción del Servicio y Acceso a la Propiedad

Los servicios se detallan en sus respectivas cotizaciones o facturas. El cliente es responsable de leer y comprender el alcance, exclusiones y requisitos de cada servicio antes de aprobarlo. El cliente se compromete a proporcionar acceso seguro y sin obstáculos a la propiedad (incluyendo portones, entradas y conexiones de agua/electricidad si se requieren) en la fecha programada.

4. Suscripciones y Pagos Recurrentes

Los planes de cuidado de césped y mantenimiento rutinario son servicios de suscripción mensual o de temporada con renovación automática. El cobro o facturación se realiza según el ciclo acordado. APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar el servicio si no se cumplen las condiciones de pago. La falta de pago en la fecha de vencimiento resultará en la suspensión del servicio y un recargo administrativo por reactivación.

5. Cancelación del Servicio

El cliente puede cancelar la suscripción recurrente en cualquier momento enviando una notificación por escrito antes del siguiente ciclo de facturación. La cancelación detendrá futuros cobros y el servicio continuará activo hasta el final del período pagado.

6. Política de Reembolso y Cancelación

  • Servicios Recurrentes: No se ofrecen reembolsos parciales o totales por periodos de facturación ya iniciados o trabajos ejecutados.
  • Servicios Puntuales (ej. Lavado a presión especializado o proyectos de paisajismo): Si el cliente cancela con al menos 48 horas de anticipación a la fecha programada, se emitirá un reembolso total del depósito. Las cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas o una vez iniciado el trabajo en sitio no aplican para reembolso.

7. Limitación de Responsabilidad

APEX Lawn & Pressure Washing LLC no se hace responsable por: (a) Daños preexistentes en la propiedad, superficies, estructuras o vegetación delicada que no hayan sido notificados previamente. (b) Retrasos o interrupciones causados por condiciones meteorológicas severas, fuerza mayor o condiciones de riesgo en el sitio. (c) Daños indirectos derivados de acciones de terceros o modificaciones realizadas en la propiedad fuera de nuestro alcance de trabajo.
